Park Rules

Thank you for being our guest. Please take note of a few housekeeping reminders while with us.

ARRIVAL: All guests and visitors must register at the main office upon arrival. A photo ID is required at the time of registration. Additional persons are allowed at an additional fee of $5 per night for nightly renters, $15 per week for weekly renters and $25 per month for long term renters, per person. Guests and their visitors use the facilities at the resort at their own risk. Tropical Gardens RV is not responsible for loss or damage.

Guests and visitors are the direct responsibility of the registered party; including minors. Failure of your guest or visitors to adhere to any of the rules of the park may lead to the removal of the entire party from the RV park without refund.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 am. For safety reasons all children should be supervised at his/her site between these hours.

DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.


1.) The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH at all times and all vehicles, including golf carts, must be driven on roads only.

2.) Parking is permitted only within your assigned space. Absolutely no parking in empty sites. Vehicles parked in empty sites may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

3.) Overnight parking alongside any of the roads in the park is not permitted.

4.) ATVs, three wheelers, dirt bikes, and mini-bikes are not allowed in the park.

5.) All vehicles, trailers, and mobile homes must be registered and have current tags on them.

PETS: Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times (except when the pet is within the confines of the dog park). Leashes should be no longer than 6 feet. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings. You must clean up after your pet. Failure to do so may result in a pet cleaning fee of $25 and/or expulsion from the park for repeated violations. Pets shall not be left unattended at any time. Guests are required to have proof of pet vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets.


6.) It is the registered party’s responsibility to keep their site clean and in an orderly fashion.

7.) For your convenience, trash dumpsters are located at the entrance and exit of the park at the sign along the entrance fence. Sites must be kept clean and neat, as approved by park management. The park does not pick up trash. Therefore, all trash must go into the dumpster (trash may not be left outside your rig within your site at any time) provided for you within the park. No furniture, mattresses, construction debris shall be placed in the communities dumpsters.

8.) Moving from site to site without prior approval is not permitted. In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability.

9.) Free standing refrigerators or freezers are permitted on sites rented by long term tenants for an additional fee of $25 per month. Units must be approved for appearance and must be maintained and kept clean at all times.

10.) Do not put any nails or screws in any tree. Clotheslines are not allowed.

11.) Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site only. Public display of alcohol is discouraged. Open alcohol should be in a cup or other insulating device.

12.) Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the park.

13) The use of profanity is prohibited in the park.

14.) Please dispose of cigarette butts in approved containers.

15.) All RV’s are required to have an approved sewer ring or sewer donut for sanitation purposes.

16.) Please do not remove backflow preventers from any hose bibs.

17.) Barbecue grills are allowed at your site.

18.) Camp fires are allowed in designated fire pits only. Check with the park office or office manager before building a fire on your site.

19.) Guests renting cabins must leave the unit broom clean at checkout. Please clean your dishes and remove all food items from the unit when you leave. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $50.00. All children 12 years old or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children or children visiting them at the park.

20.) Smoking is not permitted in any of the park buildings, rental cabins, or any common roofed areas.

21.) For your convenience there are two coin laundry facilities located in the park. One is in the main park building and the second is located in the southeast corner of the park (next to space 74).

22.) If you are expecting a message or package please notify the staff in the main office.

23.) Mail and fax services are available for our guests.

24.) Residents with long-term sites are responsible for maintaining their sites in a clean and uncluttered manner.

25.) Management reserves the right to have anyone removed from the park without refund if they have violated any of the above rules.

26.) No window air conditioner units are permitted.

CANCELLATION Policy: Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival will incur a $25 fee.Cancellations 72 hours or less before arrival forfeit the deposit (no refund).If in the event that you encounter an issue or notice something in need of repair please report to the office manager immediately.
